FunERAL FLOWER PROCESSING  The floral process is not as complicated as it sounds.

Flowers are dried, mixed and shaped by hand before being cut and placed in the vase.

Once ready to be cut, the flowers are pressed into the bouquet and are placed on the vases.

The flowers are placed in a vase, covered with a sheet and then placed in an oven.

They can be kept in the oven for several hours.

If you’re going to be selling flowers, make sure you’re prepared to use an electric fan to circulate the air in the bouquet, to help keep the flowers moist.

Once the flowers have dried, the bouque is placed in its original vase and then covered with the remaining flowers.

The bouquette is then placed into a vat to dry.

The air can be turned up to 140 degrees Celsius.

Flowers and bouquettes are ready to go when the vat has cooled down to about 40 degrees Celsius, and the bouqette has cooled to about 50 degrees Celsius and the vats are now empty.

Flowers in storage can be stored for up to a year.

Flowers will keep for up the life of the vin, and can be reused once the van has dried.

Funeals are often held outdoors and you should always take the opportunity to plant a garden to be used as a memorial.
